HR Recruiter (Only Experienced)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication skills and a keen eye for identifying the best candidates to meet our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and documentation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on hiring progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
