Job Title: Recruiter - Non IT Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Kalyan, Mumbai Experience: 1 to 3 years in recruitment Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our recruitment activities and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to attract and select the best-fit candidates aligned with our company’s goals and culture. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing full-cycle recruitment processes across various roles. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms. Source candidates through online channels, databases, and proactive outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers. Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to understand hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support the implementation of effective recruitment strategies and tools. Uphold company policies and values in all hiring practices. Contribute to building and maintaining a pool of potential candidates. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the staffing & skilling industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition function.
