🎯 Role OverviewThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals across departments — from production and service technicians to sales executives, engineers, and managers. The role requires hands-on recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a result-driven approach. 🧭 Key Responsibilities🔹 Recruitment & HiringUnderstand manpower requirements from department heads (Sales, Production, Service, R&D, etc.) Draft and post job openings across portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Source candidates through online platforms, internal references, and local networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews with hiring managers. Manage full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer letter and joining formalities. Maintain a hiring tracker and weekly recruitment reports. 🔹 Workforce PlanningCoordinate with management to forecast short-term and long-term hiring needs. Maintain an updated manpower budget and ensure positions are filled on time. 🔹 Onboarding & InductionHandle offer letters, background checks, and joining documentation. Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions. 🔹 Employer BrandingSupport HR and Marketing in creating job ads, social posts, and content to attract top talent. Represent MoonAir professionally in job fairs, institutes, and hiring events. 🔹 Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with accounts for payroll initiation of new hires. Maintain all recruitment records for audit and compliance. 🧑‍💼 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA in HR preferred). 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing, consumer durables, or sales background preferred). Strong understanding of blue-collar and white-collar hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with Excel, HR software/ATS, and job portals.
