HR Recruiter

MSP is a multi-dimensional business group, which is involved in different industrial divisions supporting the growth of Indian economy. MSP GROUP now currently involve into the business of Franchisee operations of Max Fashion, Mia By Tanishq, Fine Dining and Restaurant Division across Kerala and Souled Store (Across South India),

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates: Use online channels, job boards, and employee referrals to find potential applicants.
• Create job descriptions: Write and update job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent.
• Screen and interview: Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews: Schedule subsequent interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the hiring process: Facilitate communication between candidates and the company throughout the hiring process, including extending and negotiating offers.
• Onboard new hires: Assist with the integration of new employees into the company.
• Maintain records: Keep recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) updated.

Qualifications

• MBA HR
• Must have experience in recruitment
• Skills in communication are beneficial for the role.
• Good in English Language Proficiency
• Experience in recruitment, especially full-cycle recruitment, is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
