Position : Internal HR Executive (Non IT requirement) Experience : Fresher to 2 years Salary : As per company standards or 30% hike on current salary Working days : 5 Days and 2 fixed week off Working Hours : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Location : BTM, Layout, Bangalore Description We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the job market context in India. They should be a self-starter, able to work independently and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system Negotiate salary and job offers with candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of job market trends and recruitment best practices in India Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
