Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential candidates to gauge their interest in open positions and screen them for suitability. Initial Interviews: Conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. Interview Scheduling: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and providing candidates with all necessary details. Candidate Engagement: Answering candidate queries regarding job roles, company culture, and the recruitment process. Follow-up: Following up with candidates after interviews to provide feedback or job updates. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and assessments in a database. Generating Leads: Identifying and qualifying potential candidates for job openings. Maintaining Positive Relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Meeting Targets: Contributing to the team's performance by meeting recruitment targets. Essential Skills: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with candidates. Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to candidates and understand their needs and motivations. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and establishing trust with candidates. Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade and negotiate with candidates to move them forward in the recruitment process. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and using CRM software. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Problem-solving: Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
