Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and ATS systems. Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating HR documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and job portals. Freshers or candidates with 02 years of recruitment experience can apply. Immediate joiners preferred.
