Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Process: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., operations, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, etc.). Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person). Coordinate and manage candidate assessments, offers, and onboarding. Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks to identify suitable candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status. Employer Branding: Promote LAL Sweets Pvt. Ltd. as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement during the hiring process. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws. Maintain accurate records of candidate data and hiring reports. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or hospitality industry. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Knowledge of local hiring trends and channels.
