Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Handle candidate interviews and maintain a smooth hiring process. Desired Skills: 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. Familiar with recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of various Non - IT roles and technologies is a plus.
