HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate HR Recruiter to join our growing team at KCP Eco Energy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in engineering, solar, and field-level roles.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, and can manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Create and post job listings across portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) using SEO-driven content.
• Identify and attract top talent for roles like engineers, site staff, marketing, and project managers.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR interviews, salary negotiations, and background checks.
• Handle employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Contribute to HR operations like attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

✅ Skills & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.
• Proven experience hiring for technical, engineering, or field roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Preference for candidates with experience in solar or construction industry.
