Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Siliguri. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of talent, coordinating interviews, assisting in onboarding processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals. Collaboration with department managers to define and meet workforce needs will also be key.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Ability to cultivate professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Experience in placement consultancy or recruitment services is an advantage
Salary Offer Starting Will Be 8K to 12k
