HR Recruiter

The HR Sourcing Executive plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role focuses on proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for recruitment.

1. Candidate Sourcing

   :
• Use various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

   :
• Review resumes and applications to assess the qualifications and suitability of candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for the role and company culture.

3. Database Management

   :
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM tools.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

4. Employer Branding Support

   :
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the companys employer brand on social media and other platforms.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent engagement activities.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

   :
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and challenges.

6. Market Research

   :
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Provide insights on market salary trends and candidate availability.

7. Candidate Experience

   :
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the hiring process.
