Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
· Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
· Source candidates through portals, social media, networking.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Support onboarding and Offboarding of employees.
· Attendance Management, document handling, offer sharing, Grievance Management.
· Requirements
· Minimum graduation is required.
· Minimum 6 months+ experience in recruitment.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Enthusiastic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
