Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Understanding the recruitment requirements from the individual departments and making the job description as required. Reviewing, shortlisting & lining up the candidates for the face-to-face interview after telephonic filtration. Conducting, coordinating the interviews, and closing the position. Outsourcing and coordinating with consulting firms/organizations to recruit the candidates.
