We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent while supporting various recruitment initiatives. Key Responsibilities: *Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. *Source potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks. *Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. *Coordinate and manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers. *Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Role Requirements and Qualifications: *Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. *Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR processes. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn or job boards. *Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. *A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
