Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting leads into clients, and expanding our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong social media presence and excellent communication skills. It will be completely Work from Home. [WFH] Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients needing mid and senior-level executive search services. Utilize various tools and platforms to generate leads, including LinkedIn, industry events, and networking. Lead Conversion: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our firm's capabilities and services. Negotiate terms and close deals to convert leads into clients. Client Portfolio Expansion: Strategically target and acquire new clients to expand the existing portfolio. Identify opportunities to offer additional services to current clients. Social Media Presence: Maintain a strong and professional social media ( linkedin) presence to attract potential clients and showcase our expertise. Create and share engaging content relevant to HR recruitment and executive search. Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the management team. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably in HR recruitment or a related field. Experience in lead generation and lead conversion. Skills: Strong social media skills with a professional online presence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
