About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern / Recruiter who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong passion for Human Resources. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and core HR functions. Based on performance, attitude, and behavior during the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding activities for new hires. Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements. Assist in HR operations and employee engagement initiatives as required. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA in HR (Result Awaited or Completed). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Good understanding of recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
