Designation: HR - Recruiter Location :Noida-Uttar Pradesh Job Description: Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Greet interview candidates and answer basic questions about company information. Developing own network of suitable candidates. Drafting and posting job descriptions Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Create and implement effective on-boarding plans. Assist in performance management processes. Requirements: A related field bachelor's degree a minimum of six months' worth of HR recruitment experience. Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities. Capacity to efficiently prioritize and multitask. Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
