Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (1-3 years preferred). Experience using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri etc..) and social media for recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make decisions.
