Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruiter at Equitas Small Finance Bank, based in Madurai. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to understand workforce needs, building a strong talent pipeline, and maintaining recruitment best practices to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong talent sourcing and recruitment skills, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in implementing recruitment strategies and building a robust talent pipeline
Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
