Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Work From Office – Mohali, Punjab Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and hiring skilled professionals, coordinating with colleges, and supporting talent development initiatives for technologies like .NET, React, React Native, Angular, AI, and Data Science . Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process—from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding. Technical Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates for roles in .NET, React, React Native, Angular , and related technologies. Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers. Campus Coordination: Collaborate with colleges and universities for training programs, campus hiring drives, and internship opportunities . Database & Reporting: Maintain candidate records and generate hiring status reports. Employer Branding: Promote eNest Technologies as a preferred workplace through recruitment campaigns and digital platforms. Qualifications: MBA in HR preferred, Bachelor’s degree required; 6 months to 1 year of relevant recruitment experience (preferably in IT or tech hiring). Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and college placement cells. Good understanding of IT stacks such as .NET, React, React Native, Angular , and software development roles. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
