Position: HR Recruiter cum Executive Location: Indore Company: Taskup Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter cum Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a relationship-building attitude, and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain regular relationships with candidates and clients. Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure a minimum of 10 walk-in interviews per day for the given profiles. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Handle HR operations including leave management and office activities. Convince candidates to purchase our HR/recruitment services. Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs. Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Proactive and target-driven approach. Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes. Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day office activities.
