A leading FMCG brand in the savoury snacks sector is looking for an HR Recruiter to join their team in Mumbai, India! Role Summary: Find, attract, and hire the best talent for open positions within a company, encompassing tasks like creating job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and Attracting Candidates: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to build employer brand awareness and attract top talent. Create compelling, detailed job descriptions that effectively communicate the roles requirements, responsibilities, and growth opportunities. Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies, ensuring continuous optimization. Screening and Evaluating Candidates: Review resumes and applications, identifying candidates who align with the job requirements and organizational values. Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Use structured interview techniques or assessments (e.g., aptitude test) to evaluate candidate capabilities. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process. Interviewing and Selection: Lead interviews, both in-person and virtually, using competency-based frameworks to assess candidates technical and soft skills. Provide feedback to hiring managers and help them evaluate candidates based on predefined criteria. Make informed recommendations on hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with both team needs and company culture. Onboarding and Retention: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, fostering a welcoming environment. Support new hires throughout the initial months, tracking progress and addressing any concerns to improve retention. Contribute to employee retention efforts by collaborating with HR to develop programs that enhance employee engagement and long-term career growth. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, recruitment activities, and interview feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity hiring, and report these metrics to HR and management. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies, optimizing processes to meet hiring goals. Key Requirements: Preferably a female candidate Immediate joiners preferred MBA/Post-Graduation Diploma in HR with 2-3 years of proven experience Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage (food manufacturing preferred) Candidates from recruitment consultancy handling FMCG or Food Manufacturing clients/profiles are welcome Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus On-site position (6 days a week; alternate Saturdays off) Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (Preference for nearby candidates) If you're passionate about HR, excited to take on new challenges, and ready to make a positive impact in a dynamic work environment, we'd love to hear from you!
