Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for blue-collar positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. 2. Knowledge of different platforms for blue collar hirings i.e., local job boards, online recruitment platforms & job portals. 3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs. 4. Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs. 5. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring metrics. 7. Monitor and manage the performance and attendance of blue-collar employees, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and workforce management processes. 9. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and administration, to ensure smooth and efficient workforce operations. 10. Best practices and proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or similar industry. Preferred candidate profile - Male candidates are preferred - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in blue collar job hiring - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Strong organizational and time management skills Role : Human Resources Executive Industry Type : Medical Devices & Equipment Department : Full Time, Permanent
