Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
Support HR documentation, reporting and onboarding

Requirements:

Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and coordination skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Must have a laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
