Job Title: HR Recruiter Company: APT IT Solutions Location: Visakhapatnam Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary: APT IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs and job requirements across departments Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with technical panels for scheduling interviews Maintain and update candidate databases and reports Assist in onboarding, induction, and HR documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 0–2 years of recruitment experience (IT or technical hiring preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media hiring Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of basic HR processes and employment laws Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment What We Offer: Friendly and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow and learn HR functions in depth Exposure to modern HR tools and practices Performance-based incentives and recognition programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
