Role : HR Recruiter and Operations Executive Location : Nagercoil Key Responsibilities: Job Postings β Write and post job ads on job sites/social media. Screening β Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial calls. Interviews β Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person). Coordination β Work with hiring managers to understand job needs. Offer Process β Negotiate salaries, send offer letters, and onboard new hires. Database Management β Keep track of candidates in the system (like Excel/ATS). Employer Branding β Help make the company attractive to job seekers. Process Management β Improve workflows to make work faster and cheaper. Team Support β Help different departments with tools/resources they need. Vendor Management β Deal with suppliers, negotiate contracts. Reporting β Track performance, prepare reports for management. Problem-Solving β Fix issues in logistics, admin, or daily operations. Compliance β Ensure company follows rules (legal, safety, policies). Cost Control β Find ways to reduce expenses without losing quality. Skills Needed: Organization, problem-solving, Excel/data skills, teamwork , Good communication, patience, multitasking, basic HR knowledge. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: βΉ16,000.00 - βΉ22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
