Job Description

Role : HR Recruiter and Operations Executive Location : Nagercoil Key Responsibilities: Job Postings – Write and post job ads on job sites/social media. Screening – Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial calls. Interviews – Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person). Coordination – Work with hiring managers to understand job needs. Offer Process – Negotiate salaries, send offer letters, and onboard new hires. Database Management – Keep track of candidates in the system (like Excel/ATS). Employer Branding – Help make the company attractive to job seekers. Process Management – Improve workflows to make work faster and cheaper. Team Support – Help different departments with tools/resources they need. Vendor Management – Deal with suppliers, negotiate contracts. Reporting – Track performance, prepare reports for management. Problem-Solving – Fix issues in logistics, admin, or daily operations. Compliance – Ensure company follows rules (legal, safety, policies). Cost Control – Find ways to reduce expenses without losing quality. Skills Needed: Organization, problem-solving, Excel/data skills, teamwork , Good communication, patience, multitasking, basic HR knowledge. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: β‚Ή16,000.00 - β‚Ή22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
