Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on candidate outreach, screening, and initial engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates.
Screen resumes and assess candidates’ suitability based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Provide timely feedback and follow-ups with candidates.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards.
Prior experience in high-volume hiring is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day shift
Monday to Friday
