Role Overview:As an HR Executive, you will be the bridge between clients and candidates, managing recruitment processes, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their manpower needs and deliver the best talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:· Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).· Build and maintain client relationships; understand hiring requirements and timelines.· Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.· Maintain candidate database and follow up on job applications.· Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.· Reach out to more clients for business development.· Assist in other HR and Admin functions as required.
