Location: Bagola, Near Faridabad/Palwal Experience: 8 to 10 years Education: MBA/MSW in Human Resources or Industrial Relations Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, Industrial Relations (IR), statutory compliance, and workforce management for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth employee engagement, compliance, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives tailored for manufacturing employees. Foster a positive workplace culture through recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans to address concerns. Organize events and activities to enhance employee morale and productivity. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute hiring strategies for technical, production, and administrative roles. Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Build a talent pipeline through partnerships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies. 3. Safety & Compliance: Collaborate with the safety department to ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations. Conduct regular safety training programs and workshops. Address safety concerns promptly to minimize accidents and maintain a secure work environment. Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations. 4. Performance Management System (PMS): Implement a structured PMS aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Train managers and employees on PMS tools and processes. Analyse performance data and recommend development plans for underperformers while recognizing high performers. 5. Training & Development: Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and manager feedback. Design and execute learning programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Collaborate with training vendors and internal experts to deliver impactful sessions. Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis. 6. Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. Implement retention strategies and career progression frameworks. Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback analysis. 7. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labour laws. Drive wellness initiatives and enhance workplace culture. Manage HR audits, compliance checks, and grievance handling. 8. Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Bonus Act. Prepare and submit statutory reports and handle government inspections. Address labour-related issues and maintain harmonious employee relations. 9. Grievance Handling: Act as the primary contact for worker grievances, ensuring fair resolution. Conduct investigations and implement preventive measures. Promote open communication channels to foster a positive work culture. 10. Administration: Oversee plant administration, including facility management, security, and transportation. Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and workplace safety. Manage vendor agreements related to housekeeping, security, and essential services. Optimize administrative costs within the plant budget. 11. Liaison with Government Bodies: Maintain effective relationships with labour officers, factory inspectors, and other authorities. Manage renewals of factory licenses and legal permits. Represent the company in external audits, inspections, and hearings. Keep management updated on labour law changes and government policies. 12. Manpower Planning & Workforce Management: Forecast manpower requirements based on production schedules. Plan and execute recruitment drives for blue-collar workers. Maintain a database of local contractors, recruitment agencies, and walk-in candidates. Optimize workforce utilization through shift rosters and absenteeism tracking. Coordinate with production teams to align workforce availability with production targets.
