Employee relations: addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts. Performance management: conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees. Employee development: creating and implementing employee training programs and career development plans. Compensation and benefits: administering employee compensation and benefits programs, such as salaries, bonuses, and insurance. Compliance: ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Policy development and administration: creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Employee records management: maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and records. Diversity and inclusion: promoting and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
