HR Process - Trainee (Only Freshers)

Job Description

What will you be doing here? HR Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of HR operations, ensuring the smooth execution of processes such as onboarding, probation, and exits. Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems. Support the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance. Manage the end-to-end background verification process for new hires Process Improvement: Collaborate with different teams to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions for automation and optimization. Support the implementation of HRMS tools and other technologies to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to track process efficiency and effectiveness. Project Support: Assist in the design and execution of projects, such as the implementation of HR processes for newly acquired entities or the rollout of new initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, including communication, training, and change management. Track project progress, prepare status updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Who are we looking for? A self-starter with a curious mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
