Now Hiring: HR Placements & Operations – EdTech Company | Immediate Joining | Job Types: Full-time.

• Location : Thane (w) Near Rly. Station (Just 2 min. walking distance from Platform No.1 Thane West Rly. Station.)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer (Placements & Operations) to join our dynamic team at Dcodetech IT Industrial Training Pvt. Ltd., a leading EdTech organization focused on skill-based learning and career growth.

As an HR, you’ll gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, student placement coordination, and recruitment activities while working closely with our HR team.

Please note: This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Navi Mumbai, Thane, or Mumbai. Applicants from other locations will not be eligible.

• Immediate Joiners will Preferred.
• Sunday Week-Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support in student placement drives and coordinate with partner companies
• Maintain candidate and student placement records
• Help organize on-boarding, induction, and engagement programs
• Collaborate with the HR team for training and performance initiatives

Requirements:

• Any Graduate Freshers or Experienced with Certification in Recruitment Or Experienced at Hiring Consultancy Or Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, Talent Acquisition or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced Ed-tech environment
