Job Description

Responsibilities Your Role and Responsibilities : The HR Partner is a role reporting to the HR Executive/ HRP Manager. You will act as a trusted advisor in all areas of HR including organisational development, workforce planning, change management, complex employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management and cultural change to achieve a high performance culture. Supported by the centre of excellence and other HR members, You will coach managers around people strategies, confidently resolve complex cases and support the strategic direction of the HR function. You need to have the capability to influence and gain credibility with senior leaders and managers that you may support, build relationships and their trust. You are resilient, self-sufficient and have experience working through cultural change. You are a technical expert in the area of HR, able to provide effective advice on all matters of the employee life cycle and are comfortable working at the operational and strategic levels. You will supporting the Japan Market and working on Japan timeline to provide support all their employees and managers through chat/call/email/slack channels. Excellent client relationship management skills. Proven negotiation and influencing ability with both internal and external stakeholders. Prior HR experience Desired Experience: Worked in a matrixed organizational environment, across multiple business units. Strong ER/IR knowledge and application. Broad Understanding labor laws Consulting and facilitation experience. Project/Program management experience. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Required Professional and Technical Expertise : Desired Experience: Need written and spoken proficiency in Japanese language Worked in a matrixed organizational environment, across multiple business units. Strong ER/IR knowledge and application. Broad Understanding labor laws Consulting and facilitation experience. Project/Program management experience Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise : Excellent client relationship management skills.
