Job Title: HR Operations/HR Generalist Company: ParentPay India Job Location: Baner, Pune (Work Mode: 5 Days a Week, In-Office) Job Description: We at ParentPay India are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations/HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, compliance, and maintaining employee records. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and providing support to both employees and management. Key Responsibilities: Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Provide support in , performance management, and employee engagement activities Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS, Payroll systems) Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of HR best practices
