Responsibilities - What youll be doing: Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain open communication channels. Manage employee terminations and grievances with professionalism and empathy. Oversee performance management and probation reviews. Respond to employee queries and provide HR support. Handle payroll administration, including collecting information and preparing reports. Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, company policies and other documents. Support our recruitment team with the recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. Support employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new team members. Build and manage key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges. Build our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking. Continue to refine our HR processes and best practices. Report on and manage HR performance. Action items from client calls and performance reviews. Create SOPs for new and existing processes. Continually optimize existing processes.
