Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Operations professional located in Gurugram. The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires collaborating with various departments to support overall HR functions and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Show more Show less
