Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Operations professional located in Gurugram. The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires collaborating with various departments to support overall HR functions and initiatives.
