Job Title: HR Operations Executive Location: Electronic City Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The HR Operations Executive will manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, payroll processing, , HRIS maintenance, and employee queries, ensuring efficient HR operations and adherence to policies. Key Responsibilities: Handle employee onboarding and offboarding. Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Maintain HRIS and update employee records. Resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits. Support performance management processes. Generate HR reports and track key metrics. Proficiency in PF management and salary processing . Expertise in attendance tracking and leave management . Knowledge of document verification and background verification processes. Ability to handle insurance queries and related processes. Familiarity with HRIS and statutory compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR or related field. 1-3 years of HR operations experience. Knowledge of HRIS and labor laws. Strong communication and organizational skills.
