Job Description

Role Overview: As the HR Operations Manager at Flutter Entertainment, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality HR operational services from the Hyderabad Shared Services Centre. Your role will involve ensuring smooth execution of HR transactions, providing first-line employee and manager support, managing HRIS, and contingent workforce processes. Acting as a bridge between employees, managers, and leadership, you will contribute to continuous improvement, compliance, and service excellence. You will also manage individual contributors, resolve operational challenges, and present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support HR projects including business change programs, system enhancements, and process redesign, as well as contingent worker solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver global initiatives. - Build strong relationships with managers and business stakeholders across functions. - Prepare and deliver clear presentations, reports, and updates for senior leadership, ensuring data-driven insights. - Oversee day-to-day delivery of HR operations, including transactions, case management, and HRIS data integrity. - Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions. - Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring compliance with SLA/OLA and driving continuous service improvements. - Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives across the function. - Ensure HR operations comply with employment legislation, company policies, and data protection standards. - Contribute to the definition of standards, procedures, and best practices for the team. Qualification Required: Essential: - 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, People Services, or HR management in a complex/matrix multi-geography organization. - Strong knowledge of the employee life cycle, HR policies, processes, and employment law. - Proven experience in managing HRIS systems and driving HR process improvements. - Demonstrated ability to lead a small team, manage performance, and resolve escalations. - Strong presentation and communication skills with experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders. - Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail. Desirable: - Exposure to contingent workforce management programs. - HR professional qualification (CIPD or equivalent). - Experience leveraging automation/technology for HR service delivery.
