Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations & Employee Records Management 2. Maintain and update employee records systematically. 3. Handle employee queries and concerns efficiently. 4. Payroll Administration & Compliance 5. Process payroll, salary, and wages accurately and on time. 6. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). 7. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations 8. Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution. 9. Implement policies to maintain a positive work culture. 10. End-to-End Onboarding & Joining Formalities 11. Conduct smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires. 12. Manage background verification and vendor coordination. 13. Attendance & Leave Management 14. Oversee attendance tracking, leave records, and absenteeism reports. 15. Vendor Code Creation & MIS Reporting 16. Handle vendor registrations and code generation. 17. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review. 18. Performance Appraisal & Rewards & Recognition 19.
