Job Requirement - HR Operations Intern What is Lokal : We are Lokal, India's premier hyperlocal platform, offering services in various Indian languages. Responsibilities: Be the glue seamlessly connect teams, keep operations running like a well-oiled machine, and make collaboration effortless. Roll up your sleeves with data spot trends, tackle big datasets (yes, even the hands-on stuff!), and turn numbers into insights with curiosity and precision. Own the spotlight create, manage, and elevate social media content with fresh, bold ideas that make an impact. Keep it crisp ensure every report/record is accurate, consistent, and on point. No room for messy data here! Be the vault handle sensitive HR info with top-tier confidentiality and securitybecause trust is everything. Make the workspace come alive - plan events that turn colleagues into friends and work into a shared journey. Be the culture catalyst - create initiatives that spark engagement, boost morale, and make every employee feel like a star player. Requirements: Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communications, English Literature or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office and GSuite. Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder expectations. Design skills for creative content (i.e. Canva/Figma etc). Should be able to work for at least 8 hours per day. Detail-oriented with a keen interest in HR. Duration: 2 Months (Make it permanent! Stand out, own your role, and turn this internship into a full-time opportunity PPOs will be offered based on performance)
