HR Administration : Manage the HR database and employee records. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. HR Systems Management : Maintain and update HR software and systems to track employee information, leave, and performance. Assist with the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Compliance and Reporting : Prepare and submit HR-related reports to senior management or external agencies. Assist in audits and ensure record-keeping is compliant with legal requirements. Employee Support and Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback. HR Projects and Process Improvement : Participate in HR initiatives and programs to enhance organizational performance. Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Training and Development : Coordinate training sessions and learning programs for employees. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Skills : Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications : Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus. Experience with HRIS systems SAP SuccessFactors. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
