HR MIS & Operations Responsible for maintaining monthly trackers such as Hiring, Attrition, Full and Final settlement & preparing organization structures on monthly basis for sales and various other departments. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested. Accountable for making presentations for monthly & quarterly reviews. Responsible for attrition control and analysis, scheduling retention discussion for sales employees on the basis of their performance data. Maintains employee related database such as personal data, dependent data, prior experience, etc. Prepares and analyses reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department & company. Maintains a tracker for Performance Improvement Plan issued centrally for Bihar & Jharkhand. Issuing Transfers / Confirmation / Deputation mails and letters to the employees. Taking care of exit formalities of resigned/retired/exiting employees Employee Engagement Support • Supporting in improving Employee Engagement by resolving employees queries related to HR, PF, ESI, mediclaim etc. Organizing periodic camps for the same.
