Key Responsibilities:

 ● Correspondence & Document Management: Handle emails, data entry, and 

organize documents efficiently.

 ● Coordination Across Teams: Collaborate with different departments to ensure 

smooth operations and timely task completion.

 ● GMC-related Support: Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups for 

GMC-related tasks.

 ● Invoicing Assistance: Support invoicing preparation and related administrative 

tasks.

 ● Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and 

procedures, such as ESIC and PF creation, maintaining accurate records.

 ● Ad-Hoc Tasks: Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by the 

team.


Qualifications:

 ● Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role.

 ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 ● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

 ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
