Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Operations and Administration specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain employee records in HRMS, handle onboarding and exit formalities, issue HR letters, manage attendance and leave records, and coordinate with IT/Admin for new joiner setups and exit handovers. You will also play a key role in employee engagement activities, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, facilitating grievance redressal, and supporting performance appraisal coordination. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures, analyzing HR data for reporting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. - Handle onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, induction, and background verification. - Prepare and issue HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations. - Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets. - Coordinate with IT/Admin for new joiner setups and exit handovers. - Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement activities and events. - Assist in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and HR communication. - Facilitate employee grievance redressal and ensure timely resolution. - Assist in performance appraisal coordination and documentation. - Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. - Help analyze HR data for reporting and process improvement. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 14 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
