About the role:

At Byldd, we’re proud to work with early-stage founders and develop innovative products. We’re looking for a passionate Start-up enthusiast. You will be working as a member of the Operations and HR team. You will be involved in all aspects of HR and Operations which include Recruitment and Head-hunting, Process and Policy Development and implementation, Payroll management, and more. Who you are?

• 0 - 1 years of experience in HR Functions like Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• A smart, mature, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities



Responsibilities :

• Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels.
• Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, database management of candidates, etc.
• Assist the CEO and HR manager with everyday HR and Operations responsibilities.
• Conceptualise and manage end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities.
• Maintain attendance, working hours, employees, and assets database. 
• Embrace the dynamic nature of a startup, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
• Demonstrate agility in managing multiple tasks and wearing different hats as required.
• Contribute proactively to the company's growth.
