Designation: HR Operations Shift Timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST (Night Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift: US Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: 0 to 1 year Website: www.aloissolutions.com Note: Freshers can apply. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Executing On boarding Process. Being able to initiate and complete the on-boarding processes as per the compliance norms of ALOIS, labour laws & client MSA. Being able to seamlessly communicate to the prospective employees as per the framework of policies of ALOIS and those of Labour laws and other parties that may be involved. Analysis and verification of all the documents received from prospective employees and identifying the deficiencies if any. Creating a positive employee experience. Coordinating with parties external to ALOIS - Vendors, Business Partners etc. to complete statutory requirements in line with ALOISs policies. Coordinating with the internal teams to make sure that tasks are brought to logical conclusion in a defined time frame. Contribute to Client Audits, Reports, Data compilation and analytical presentation. ALOIS internal audits-fixing errors. Miscellaneous items-requests from sub-tiers, clients and consultants. Ensuring client and government compliance. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with consultants and Vendors. Be persuasive and goal-oriented Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
