We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will assist in streamlining processes, maintaining employee data, and supporting key HR functions. Key Responsibilities: *Assist in maintaining and updating employee records. *Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant teams. *Ensure the accuracy of HR documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures. *Assist with payroll processing by compiling employee data and validating timesheets. *Help track and manage employee leave, attendance, and performance data. *Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team as needed. Role Requirements and Qualifications: *Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. *Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. *Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). *Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
