Client & Agency Service Employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including new hire setups, initiation and maintain the employee database, conducting new hire orientation, exit interviews, training compliance reporting, etc Offboarding - exit interview notes/keep tracker up to date, analysis Performance review - process/timeline management Onboarding on Timesheet portal and managing the tracker Support in trainings Schedule meetings, HR events etc and maintain the team s agenda Produce and submit reports on general HR activity Identify issues impacting employee engagement Other duties as assigned Responsibilities not limited to HR processes/activities but may need to support recruitment and operations as and when needed Microsoft office skills (MS excel + PPT) Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Qualifications This may be the right role for you if you have Bachelor s degree required Minimum 5 to 7 years exempt level work experience working as a Senior HR Coordinator Knowledge and understanding of how to interpret and run data using HRIS databases Ability to work independently and effectively plan and prioritize work Knowledge and experience with HR management systems and other HR software applications to track information and generate reports Must apply proactiveness in daily work routine Keen attention to detail Experience in PIP/Training experience will be an added advantage Must have good interpersonal, presentation and written skills
