Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, event coordination, joining formalities, induction, exit formalities, grievance handling, background verification, and human resource management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR administration and coordination. Assist in organizing HR events like training sessions, workshops, seminars etc. Provide support for employee engagement initiatives like employee welfare programs. Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
